2026 Marist Holiday Traditions: JURIED New Vendor Application

Alright, y’all, listen up because I’ve got the scoop on something that’s perfect for all my crafty queens and kings out there. We’re talking about the 2026 Marist Holiday Traditions, and honey, if you’ve got some handmade magic to share, this is your moment. This event is a huge deal, known for showcasing over 240 talented artists and crafters, making it one of the largest juried arts and crafts shows in the entire Southeast. Imagine thousands of shoppers, around 3500 to be exact, all looking for that unique, handcrafted gem.

Now, this particular listing is specifically for all my new vendors. So if you’re a fresh face with amazing handcrafted goods, this is where you apply to get in on the action. If you were already a vendor in 2025, you’re automatically in, so check your email for those booth registration links. For the rest of us, it’s time to put our best foot forward. All the items you want to sell must be handcrafted by you, no resale or home sale items allowed. This is all about celebrating genuine artistry.

To throw your hat in the ring, you’ll need to submit a $25 non-refundable application fee. Heads up, there’s also a small service fee of $3.52 on top of that. Your application will go through the Holiday Traditions Jury Committee, and their decisions are final, so make sure your submission shines. You’ll find out if you’ve been accepted via email by July 1, 2026. They won’t send rejection letters, so if you don’t hear back, you’ll know.

If you get that coveted acceptance email after June 15, you’ll then need to submit a separate booth application and pay the booth fee to officially reserve your spot. Inside booths are $275, plus fees, and are about 9’x9′. If you prefer an outside spot, those are $225, plus fees, and measure approximately 7’10″x12’6″. The great news is those outside booths are actually beneath a covered arcade, so you’ll still have some protection from the elements.

Just a few important notes for my accepted vendors. You can’t sublet or share your booth, and you’ve got to be present for the entire show. You’ll also need to bring your own setup, like tables, chairs, and any extension cords you might need, whether you’re on a gym floor or a covered cement area. Displays can’t be taller than 8 feet, and no tents are allowed. Electricity is limited, so don’t count on it being available. Oh, and every vendor needs to donate a raffle item worth at least $25 that represents your work, no gift certificates. Set-up is on Friday, November 6, 2026, and you’ll get an assigned load-in time based on your booth location.
