Hispanic Heritage Month Movie Night – Vendor & Sponsor Registration

Hey, y’all! Get ready to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a special movie night under the stars in Mableton. This is a free event for everyone, so gather your crew for a chill evening celebrating culture, community, and classic cinema.

The doors open at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2026, and the movie, *Selena*, kicks off at 7:00 PM, wrapping up around 9:00 PM. You’ll find us at Mableton Town Square Park, located at 5315 Church Street in Mableton. Remember to bring your own blanket or lawn chair because seating isn’t reserved, so you can get comfy just the way you like it. You can even bring your own coolers and snacks, but leave the adult beverages at home, because alcohol is strictly prohibited. Parking is free and available at Mableton Elementary and First Baptist Church, so getting there will be a breeze.

This movie night is perfect for a family outing, a casual date night, or just a fun solo hang. While the movie is free, come hungry because there will be Hispanic themed food vendors on site with delicious eats available for purchase.

If you’re a food vendor specializing in Hispanic cuisine, they’re looking for you! This is your chance to share your amazing food with the community. You’ll need to fill out an application and send it back to Dr. Newton at ashlee.newton@mableton.gov, along with a copy of your COI, Servsafe Certificate, and Food Permit. There’s also a $50 booth payment required, which you can submit via the Eventbrite listing.

For businesses looking to make a bigger splash, there are several sponsorship opportunities available. The Presenting Sponsor level is $5,000 and includes your logo on printed banners, a 20×20 booth, social media mentions, four VIP parking passes, your logo on the LED screen before the show, on t-shirts, program ad space, and naming rights. The Oscar Sponsor level is $1,250 and gets you your logo on printed banners, a 10×10 booth, social media posts, three VIP parking passes, your logo on the LED screen, and on t-shirts. The People’s Choice Sponsor is $650 and includes your logo on printed banners, a 10×10 booth, social media posts, three VIP parking passes, and your logo on the LED screen. Finally, the Red Carpet Sponsor is $250 and provides your logo on printed banners, a 10×10 booth, social media posts, and two VIP parking passes. It’s a great way to support the community and get your name out there.
