We’re talking about Music at the Museum, featuring the fabulous Nu Souf Collective, and it’s all happening on the beautiful lawn of the East Point Historical Society and Museum. This is going to be a whole vibe, celebrating the incredible evolution of Black music, so you already know it’s going to be good for the soul.
When you roll up, you can expect an inspiring live performance by the Nu Souf Collective. They’re bringing it all, from Classical Spirituals that’ll give you chills, to the iconic sounds of Nina Simone and Prince. And just when you think it can’t get any better, they’ll also be performing music from the acclaimed film Sinners, plus even more musical surprises. You’ll want to bring a blanket or a lawn chair, because you’ll be chilling out and enjoying the museum grounds while history and music take center stage.
This is absolutely perfect for a chill girls’ day out, a relaxed family outing, or even a solo hang if you just want to soak up some culture and good music.
