Get ready, Atlanta, because the incredibly talented Olivia Dean is bringing her soulful sounds to State Farm Arena on August 22, 2026. This British singer-songwriter has been making waves, and trust me, you do not want to miss her live. She just snagged the Grammy for Best New Artist in 2026, which is a huge deal, cementing her place as a rising star you absolutely need to know.
Olivia Dean is known for her graceful voice and a sound that’s a beautiful blend of pop, jazz, R&B, and neo-soul. Her music feels warm, easygoing, and deeply emotionally rich, offering that slow, soulful vibe we all crave. She pulls inspiration from legends like Carole King, Lauryn Hill, and Amy Winehouse, and you can definitely hear those influences woven into her own unique artistry. Her debut album, “Messy”, dropped in 2023 to critical acclaim, and her second album, “The Art of Loving” from 2025, not only topped the UK charts but also gave us the UK number one single “Man I Need”. She even made history as the first female solo artist to have four singles in the UK Top 10 at the same time.
This show is part of “The Art of Loving Live” tour, which kicked off in April 2026 and runs through October, covering 54 dates across Europe, North America, and Oceania. This tour is her biggest one yet, and it marks her first time headlining arenas in the United States, so it’s a truly special moment to catch her.
And where better to experience such a monumental show than our very own State Farm Arena? Located right in the heart of downtown Atlanta’s Centennial Park District, this venue is a cornerstone of our city’s entertainment scene. It originally opened in 1999 as Philips Arena, replacing the old Omni Coliseum, and it’s been the proud home of our Atlanta Hawks ever since. State Farm Arena underwent a massive $192.5 million renovation between 2017 and 2018, transforming it into the state-of-the-art facility we know and love today, complete with a huge center-hung scoreboard and an immersive video experience. It is consistently ranked among the top concert and event venues globally by Pollstar. Plus, it is super easy to get to, with MARTA access right there, and it is surrounded by tons of amazing restaurants, hotels, and attractions if you want to make a whole night of it.
So, mark your calendars for August 22, 2026, and get ready to be swept away by Olivia Dean’s incredible talent at State Farm Arena. It is going to be a night of unforgettable music from an artist who is truly on fire right now.
